Another pound lost didn't expect that, I thought I would be stuck on the same weight again. The weather is changing, moving into autumn, this means less gardening, less of that exercising so I'll look around for another sort I can do. I had a hip op 3 years ago which has limited my exercise somewhat. Hoping to see less of you all.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
