Another pound lost- it's coming off s-l-o-w-l-y- well that's ok as long as it's coming off! I won't be doing as much work on the allotment during the next few months so this is the time when I would put on weight. Hopefully we'll have an autumn/winter which is not too wet or icy and I can get out and do some walking. I have been away for the weekend and had meals made for me but can't decide whether I like that or not- sounds really ungrateful.....
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
