one day you will get tired of the RESTARTS... took me a while but finally got the message... one has to keep on keepin on for this to work.. the grapes ,, crackers.. and bread would set me off for the whole darn week... yep it would take me that long to get back on track......not to mention the cookie but what ever works for you ...go for it...........but that is far to many carbs in a day for me... several days in fact.. have a good weekend and try to lower the carbs a lot more.. and you will see results fast too...
