Weighed my self in the morning naked like my husband and the scale read 200. I even asked my hubby if he was messing with me. He said no why? So I weighed in again and it said 200. Finally got out of the 230. 130 here I come.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations. I just started 5 days OK Lost 3.2 lbs need to lose 100 more.Did you have a lot of sugar withdrawal symptoms ? Been having headaches chills .Being a 55 yr old nurse I work crazy hrs.Which it makes it hard.

No sugar with drawl because I'm a diabetic. I started doing the intermittent on the weekends when I was off of work. During the week however I stop all food by five six at the latest. I do take in a lot of liquid water, hot tea, lemon water. So for example I shut down the calories at 4 p.m. yesterday so by 4 a.m. I have fasted 12 hours. Also what is good I'm not going to bed with food in my belly so I feel like I'm getting better sleep. No more heart burn or GERD. Now it's 8 a.m. I've had 16 oz of water as I worked out. I cup of coffee. I'm now going on 16 hours of fasting. So I'm going to shower and get ready for work. An hour before work I will have my first meal. So I have fast 17 hours total. Do most of the fasting sleeping. Now your a nurse so you work crazy hours right? That is when you want to eat. I had a girlfriend who was a gymnast when she was younger but she kept her shape into her older years. I never saw her eat a big meal. Then I learned her secret she would snack on almond and healthy trail mix snacks during the day. You can do it. Heck we can do it together.

So many helpful tips in there! I usually eat until bedtime pretty much, which isn't good for me & I do my fasting between 9PM-12PM. I am going to try to stop the eating by 7PM & fast until 12PM today. Been at a plateau for over a month! Thanks!

I'm on a similar eating pattern, Angelarael. I eat only from noon to 6 pm, but also, twice a week, M & Th, I consume only 600 cals all during the same time window. Down nearly 60 lbs since April. It was an adjustment but I like it now.
