 Hello everyone..I can't tell you what a struggle it's been for me.I've been on fs for years and lost no weight. Well today is the day I take control of my body. I've opened up my journal and weight for everyone to view which I kept hidden ever since I opened fs. Now I openly reveal all my secrets. No more hiding..I need you all to be there for me as I realize I can't do it alone. Have a blessed day

Hope we can help and that you find a process and way of eating that can work for you to reach your goal. For sure Atkins can be successful if applied properly. Please check out my buddy Blkbear's profile and June 1st journal entry if you need encouragement.... BB went from 308 to 160, a loss of 148 pounds in 14 months on Atkins and some consistent movement.
