We just got back from vacation (Nashville,TN) last night. I didn't keep updates on Fat Secret but I tried to mentally keep tabs on my food intake. It was very, very hot/humid (almost 100 everyday). Very hard to do any exercising. I did take a bike ride everyday for as long as I could handle the humidity.
Now its back to business with logging foods & trying to exercise as much as possible. Still very hot/humid in MI too.
Also, made a deal with my husband. We are going make sure neither one of us eat anything past our dinner time. If we become hungry in the evening after dinner we will either concentrate on drinking water or simply go to bed (to get our minds off of eating). Starts tonight!!!
