Curious as to how TOM affects weight loss... I was surprised to see a slight gain today :(
205.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well many women gain a few pounds each month. It sucks but you know what it is and know it will go away. Some people are lucky and don't gain. I think you just have to try and stay on plan and keep going.

You will probably see some fluctuation around this time. Bear with it, stay the course, and things will stabilize after, probably with a pleasant surprise. ;)

I found out i gain 4 to 5lbs. And then loose without trying. it just is.
