A very happy Monday here in Cali land to our FatSecret community! Great weather, that gets too hot in the afternoon. I truly have been very lazy lately, so I hope, I inspire myself to get to the gym. I have slid to a place diet-wise, where my eating has become indiscriminate. BAD!! It taste good, but I need a good dose of IF, and now. Feeling like I'm just living it out. When I get like this, I look for adventure, which could be good or bad. I need a good dose of teasing, which is my MO. Have a great day! Hey warren that is one big lizard...in the Philippines they are only as long as your finger....but who knows maybe it is good to eat....protein rite? Belly fat tip...i am going to watch that.

That's a gorgeous monitor lizard. Looks like a white throat to me, but I could easily be wrong from this angle. And you're right, Warren. This woman would prefer it living INSIDE my house, with these Canadian winters. I had a young black throat monitor for a while, but gave him up (as long as I still had visiting privileges) for my beloved red tegu.
