Had a busy Memorial Day Weekend with overnight guests, a bbq, a pancake breakfast fundraiser and pizza night out.
I actually lost two days of recording and realized that I should be able to monitor myself aside from the entries. We'll see how that goes.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I look forward to working in maintenance mode. Some weeks I feel like I am just maintaining then BOOM. Down a pound or 2. It is amazing how much we beat ourselves up when we do bad but when we succeed it is the most wonderful feeling of acomplishment and pride. Why do we settle for being frumpy and depressed when there is a whole other range of positive emotions that come with taking care of ourself. Thank you for encouraging me to set out on this healthy lifestyle journey again Sis. 😊
