Isnt it great when that new day comes, we can get back to living like we mean it. :) 

Is that Out on DVD already? I thought it was still in the theaters. MAN Hollywood is speeding up. 

I'm pretty sure it came out today. It better be as my husband is supposed to go and get it,lol. Ryan Reynolds is brilliant in this movie! 

Done that. You'll thank yourself later if you record everything, everyday. Make a note and go online a couple times a week. This tool (FS) is awesome but only if you take advantage. Otherwise it's Facebook for the Overweight. You can do it. The library of food is forgiving if you get close. Tonight, I'm roasting a chicken in a bundt pan with potatoes and red peppers in the bottom. Never tried it but here goes. I typed in rosated chicken and it's all there. With a record, it's easy to see why you stalled, or why you're moving. Oh btw. Loved Deadpool. So much better the second time. 

I've recorded almost every day for months. I'm not worried about 1 day. Today is a new day and I'm recording. I know I fall off the wagon when I don't but I'm not stressing over yesterday. I can't wait to watch it again. I loved Civil War as well and am going again this weekend. I love Bucky,lol 

@52 My lord, man, how/why would you roast a chicken in a bundt pan?  

I know right jimmiepop. LOL. You should see it! Standing up like a fat little soldier. Apparently, it's a crispy skin chicken recipe. I know, I know, the skin is bad for you. Just adding it to my chicken arsenal. When it browns up, I'll take a picture.  

lol jimmiepop...the words chicken and bundt do seem to be a strange match up : ) 

Of course Deadpool is out on DVD. It was a 1988 Clint Eastwood movie with Jim Carey in it, wasn't it? Jim was the druggy. You guys are so behind the times. Jimmy. It opens the cavity so the chicken cooks faster. (That's a guess.) 

JoanneLM. I like him too...but Spidey kinda stole every scene he was in. Also, the opening sequence killed. 

Ooohhh....what about the scene where Bucky grabs the bike in the tunnel?? That was awesome!!! And Blackpanther was spot on! Marvel is brilliant!! I wish DC would clue in to stop changing too much from the comics.  

@FiveTwoCowboy chicken in bundt is okay but I bet the part covered by the bundt sides has more of a steamed texture. A shallow pan with an upright rack will roast the entire chicken. http://tinyurl.com/hzpebom  

@NM @52 Got it. Vertical. Like that "beer butt" chicken our neighbor was on about like she was frickin' Julia Childs... Paint me old school, but I'm stickin' with my roaster. 

That chicken sounds a lot like cooking it over a beer can. That was always more fun to talk about than eat (the chicken was good, it was just more fun to see the looks on people's face when you stuck the beer can up the chicken!) 

Jimmiepop, the beer butt chicken was cooked in a roasting pan of some variety -- otherwise you'd have chicken fat and juice all over your oven! (lol) The beer simply steamed inside the chicken to add some flavor. 

Foil over the "hole" first. He's got lemons, garlic up his butt and standing in a bed of red potatoes and orange bell peppers (didn't have the red like I thought). He looks happy. Fresh thyme or rosemary would've been nice but no time for the market. Let you know how it turns out.
