Ok who can help me ?I want to build my own stack. I am taking too much crap and its expensive and I want it all in one shake. Here's what i take now:
C4 ripped - beta alanine pre work out
C3 - creatine pre work out
vegan whey with almond milk post work out
aminos - bcca post work out.

I want to buy flavorless creatine and beta alanine, add it to the whey post work out and create a super shake/stack to drink pre and during work out and then just have to have my BCCA later in the day but here is my dilema :
1.I have no clue how to measure/mix this
2.I have no clue what to buy
3.Do I need to mix anything else in or can i mix creatine into my shake straight up ?

Who can help me with this ??

I order from powdercity.com and they include a measuring scoop with their supplements. That gives you a way to get the dosing. I would stay with the basics of creatine. You can get caffeine tablets anywhere to take pre-workout or just have coffee. Beta alanine may be helpful. You can mix the creatine and beta alanine into your shake since they don't really have any taste. They will just make it a little gritty.

Optimum Nutrition makes a pre-workout drink with beta alanine and creatine - then I ass flavorless bCAA to it. My whey protein also has bcaas
