I'm going to the Mandarin for my mother in laws birthday today at lunch. It's going to be tough to not only figure out how to record anything, but to keep away from the crap. Fingers crossed!

It is so hard to eat out, so many choices so many bad habits so temping, I am sure you will do your best, that is all you can do is your best. If you slip a little bit, just smile and keep going.

I usually get a small plate of meat, then a plate of fruit and veggies and then a small crap plate. By the time I get to the crap plate, I'm usually not very hungry, so I'm hoping I'll only get 1 crappy thing,lol. Maybe a little piece of cheesecake...yummmmmm
