After work and driving....hoeing! Gotta get it done because I already bought my plants. 6 varieties of peppers, 4 varieties tomatoes, dill, Japanese eggplants, blue lake beans, squash, and I'm in the market for a few tree collard plants. (can't you just taste those collards cooked with bacon?) I have to hand double dig all day! BURN that FAT!

sounds like a great garden. we planted half of ours a few weeks ago...then lots of rain...will finish planting this weekend.

We will be the diggin'ist girls in town this weekend! I found some tree collards and this will be my first time growing them. They can supply an endless amount of high calcium greenery, plus they don't have oxalic acid. I got them in Richmond, CA....if you can't find any and want them, order them from ANNIE's online. That's what I love about Atkins WOE....my favorites are vegetables, greens and meat...with all that butter!
