Last night I downed three or four bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Sad part was, it's for my kids and now half the box is gone. Good news is, today was a semi fasting day. Going to keep calories low, it looks like a popular trend is to fast after you gorge. Which is what's going on today. It helps to eliminate the water weight that was put on last night!

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2016:

Tisk tisk. Its not just the calories hun. Its the Sugar spike followed shortly by the insulin spike which takes MUCH longer to come down. And when your insulin is up, you CANT burn fat. Its impossible. that's what the fasting is for. To push your insulin down. Just be careful with the slips. And trust me, more than water was put on you last night. Sugars turns to fat REAL fast.

YOU GOT this though. Your tougher than any Cinnamon toast crunch. Remember, skinny feels better than junk food tastes.

Thanks Mr. Knuckles, sometimes it takes a complete reality check like the one you just gave me. You should be one of the FS trainers, you always speak the word!

Some people may dislike me for it. But Like I have said before. I will NEVER brow beat anyone. And I will never LIE to you. I would rather people be the same way with me. We are here for a reason. Because We are NOT happy with ourselves. And we need help. Because we KNOW we cant do it alone. If we could, we wouldn't be fat. And YOU or anyone else here, don't need people molly coddling you telling you "Aww its ok" or "Awww, you will do better next time". You need the same thing I need at times. Someone to speak the truth to get you BACK on the rails that we need to be on to reach our destination. I may be a mean angry bastard. But I CARE about you people. You ARE my family.

Those breakfast cereals are so addictive! I tend to do the same thing - raisin bran is a disaster for me.

I really appreciate that Knuckles, by you saying the straight up truth, it helped me make better decisions tonight while everyone else ate pasta- I didn't! You are right, I'm not happy with how much weight I had put on, FS really helps to express emotions, see how others are doing, keep the diet in check. I appreciate strong comments because it's really just the truth! Thanks for the straight up style!

I know what you mean. I just doubled my calories from yesterday, and my wife is off tomorrow too. I'm hoping the 700 calories of avocados, don't push me over too much. When my wife goes to work it could be just eating the avocados.

You can only gain fat in a calorie surplus. Please don't listen to people who don't know about nutrition. Cinnamon toast crunch is fine in moderation.

Cinnamon toast crunch is mah favorite! Lord knows I've found myself diving deep into a box of crunchy goodness more times than I can count!

Ugh, I saw a low card recipe for faux cinnamon toast crunch a few weeks back that called for cream, water, stevia, cinnamon, and crushed up pork rinds. Just the thought of it made me so ill it cured me of my craving that day. That shiz just isn't right! Lol

i never bought my kids cereal when they were little bc I always felt there very little nutritional value in it for them, even when I wasnt dieting. Its just a personal preference. Try buying your kids cereal that isnt so full of sugar, that way if you eat some, its wont be so bad for either of you.To this day, I wont buy cereal, my son (he's 18) buys his own if he wants some and he's only allowed healthy stuff he can add fruit to like plain cheerios. I love love love your come back attitude! Way to move forward..And all though I dont buy cereal, I can down a box of ice cream sandwiches in a day. We all have our demons . lol
