Ok, shoulder is feeling better. Not going to do anything crazy to make it angry again right away. All the hotels and Birthdays are over for a while and I have been reading up on the LCHF way of eating. It seems to be logical and what I could benefit from, but it also seems very overwhelming to start out. Keto is what I think will kick start my progress again. My husband needs to get his weight under control as well.
Do I start out gradually or do I just jump in with both feet and see how well I do?
any tips?

Definitely JUMP! Rid the body of excess carbs/sugar. May seem hard BUT truly is easier than trying to ease into it!
