OH. MY. WORD! I made my goal. I use the scale at gym with clothes and shoes on. Hallelujah! >Angels singing in background< A miracle has occurred! Strike up the band!!!

Ok, enough of that. I don't think I'm quite "there" yet. I am going to keep on eating how I'm eating (I like it) and see where I finally land.

160.0 lb Lost so far: 115.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week

Congrats on your milestone! If you don't feel that you're at your ideal weight yet, it probably has something to do with your height/weight ratio. Obviously 160 on a 5'0 person looks drastically different from a 6'0 one. Google for a chart, or if you have Atkins' book lying around, it's in there. Or just aim for a single-digit pants size.

thanks all! Funny thing is I DID consider the phone weight... Soon- I really like the way I eat now so I am just going to keep on doing what I'm doing and see where it takes me!

thingonetwo- I eat very low carb, as in 20g or less (usually less) a day. I drink coffee with 1 tbs coconut oil & torani sugar free syrup blended in early in morning. I do Intermittent Fasting so don't eat until late afternoon/evening. 1200 calories average a day. Try to keep my percentages around 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carbs. I tend to eat a little more on weekends when husband is home but still in the ballpark... I go to the gym 5 days a week. Mostly cardio but am thinking about some strength training.
