I feel so proud of myself today. I walked 5 miles with Leslie Sansone for the first time in my life!!! I wanted to challenge myself this summer. I started with 1 mile 6 days/week, then I moved on to 2, 3,4 and now 5 miles!!! Since the mental state is my worst enemy sometimes, I decided to combine exercise with meditation on positive thoughts and quotes of my choosing. It worked so far!!! I think it is important for all of us to celebrate our achievements no matter how small!
