losing 1.8 lb a week

Comments
I only got 2 workouts in last week, as we left town on Thursday to take my son to college orientation out of town... He is a transfering sophomore. We did not return home until Saturday afternoon, but I managed to get a cardio day in and an upper body day in while in the hotel. I also ate pretty good... the college cafeteria is a far cry from slop I had back in 1986! They had a section in the cafeteria that provide macro designed meals for the schools athletes... but any student can eat there, so I ate good that day! Still, my 37% protein macro was out the window these couple of days, but mixing it up seems to pay off on the scale today with the 2 lb weight loss!
