This is more than a little embarrassing but here we go again. Congrats to all of you that stayed on the "straight and narrow" of heathy eating.
299.8 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry about it, no reason for shame as most likely everyone here has been in the same shoes at least once. Every day is a chance for fresh starts when needed, today is your day. You can do it!

ha ha ha I'm not even telling what I had this weekend because I honestly didn't keep track but it did involve a birthday for my g'son so you can guess how THAT went! lol But you know what? I know for a fact that since joining this group I am MUCH more conscious of what I take in and how much so even tho I wasn't being outwardly totally accountable...I was at least AWARE of what I was doing and that alone curbed what I would have otherwise done, and I'm back to being "good" today.... so good luck and no shame to this game! : )
