I did not sleep well last night at all and today I have been dragging. I have family issues that I have no control over, people's behavior, that some how gives me panic attacks. They have been coming in the middle of the night. I am praying for a more peaceful night tonight. I cannot control anyone but myself, I have to remember that.

This week is jammed pack with all sorts of things happening. Tomorrow night is our preschool graduation. The great thing about preschoolers is no matter what they do they look cute. =) I hope I don't get too emotional since it will be my last one as head teacher. Bittersweet.

Awww, bless your heart...a LOT for you to unpack in this courageous post. I will pray for you to REST much better ...you already know this, but there are very limited options in attempting to assist others...esp. family members... Truly, about All we can do is "commit them to God's care & keeping."...I totally understand "bittersweet"...I now have about 58 weeks left in a career I have enjoyed for 37 years...the time passes sooo swiftly..God bless you AND the precious children!!!!!!!

You are right - you have no control over anyone but yourself. Acceptance is the key.

Practice the best self-care you can always, but especially under stressful circumstances. I wish you a wonderful night of sleep and peach.

Ah, I am praying for you too! :) I have learned (trying to control others)is called Co-dependent. I learned that being co-dependent only hurts us- ourselves! I am not a pro at this yet, but I have also learned ...We are only in control over ourselves. When I really learned to let go, and give all, and everyone to God, I then found peace.:) People liked me for it too! :) Take care of yourself Buddy! God Bless~Ann :)
