I have finally made it below to 220 mark. 219.4 So happy!! I have been using protein shakes to help the muscles recover from exercising. So I hope I am burning fat and not muscle.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

NIce Loss and Congratulations!!!!! Not a GYM expert, but if you are meeting your daily protein needs even without a protein shake, then you are PROBABLY using mostly fat...my doctor tells me no one burns 100% of stored fat, that even in a good scenario it will only be 65-80% stored fat. (Hope i don't set off a BIG debate with that statement...LOL) I wish you a weekend filled with healthy choices AND affirming people!!!!

Thank you all for the support. I recently purchased a hand held fat loss monitor (it is in the mail..LOL) I am not sure exactly how accurate it will be on the true BF%, but I figure as long as it shows the % decreasing then it will be good enough.
