Not sure what to say. I'm disappointed. I know the scale said otherwise, but other than not fasting this week I didn't cheat. I did however have to eat differently due to lack of "healthy" food. I guess that was what it boils down to. Love you all! Have a great week!
263.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Took a quick look at your diet. While your calories stayed the same, there was quite a big spark in both your carbs and sodium intakes, even though you technically went up 2.7Kg according to your post, I'm willing to bet it's all water (Carbs retain water, and Sodium spikes cause you to retain water). You did not really gain fat, I'm willing to bet you even lost some at that calorie deficit. Cheer up, don't be disappointed, you didn't mess up, the scale can mess with your head and give you inaccurate results. Decrease the sodium down to 2g a day and increase your water intake by quite a bit and watch those 2.7Kg just flush out in a day or two.

I agree with Doomritual, Great Advice,.. A Couple weeks ago I was hit with sodium spikes from Salsa Dip, Super Low calories, but Sodium through the roof!!!! God Bless Pastor!!!

salt and water...BAD combinations for us "losers" :-) You work out, you gain water and muscle. You eat something salty, you get bloated. UGH.
