I ran another two miles last night. I wanted to quit so many times. I had so many excuses for myself. I just kept saying you did it yesterday and you can do it today. Hard work is paying off!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

when i hear that internal nagging voice (that strangely sounds a bit like my sister), i turn up the volume of my smartphone and change channel to a different beat!
