Had a little bit of pizza after the baseball game last night. Didn't work out yesterday. No time. I did however do great in the earlier part of the day. I had a smoothie at jamba juice and drank plenty of water.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
