Very tough day. Not hungry at all today. It took until 1030 for me to eat my breakfast bar. Then I had back to back meetings. Needless to say by the time I got home at 330, I was hungry, so I had a "mini" lunch. Hopefully this evening and tomorrow will be better.
Onward and downward for weight loss but upward for mood!!
