We went to Denton on Friday to move my daughter to a new apartment and to see both of my children. Had a wonderful weekend. However, did not stay strictly on plan. But I did not eat cheesecake, or chocolate cake. I did have some tortilla chips and a couple of cocktails. The biggest enemy was the salty foods.. However, the best thing was seeing my kids and having some good quality time with both of them. The downside was driving home on Sunday morning through some horrible thunderstorms in Fort Worth. There were areas where we could not see the road. However, everyone is safe.

Slept wonderful last night but woke up with one of my horrible migraines. Tried to work, but ended up coming home by 9 AM. I slept from 11 to 4 pm. I still have a slight headache but feel some better. Needless to say I have had a reduced appetite today. I am hoping for a better day tomorrow.

The past 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) I have not been hungry. I have made myself eat at least protein and some veggies. It has been hard. I am not sure why I have not been hungry. I am taking my vitamins and drinking plenty of water. I am more active, using the yoga ball to sit on at work instead of the computer chair. That has made a big difference in my core strength and posture.

This is the start of week 3 so I am moving to Phase 2 of the Atkins plan which allows for 25-30 net carbs. I will see how that goes. I have to get better with my vegetable carbs.
