They say stress and being tired lead to bad food choices. Well that you definately do. Good news is I did not cave, however no amount of carrots can sub for that fatty, salty not good for you satisfaction of good old chips. Except carrots usually don't spend a moment on your lips and forever on your hips. Haha a little Thursday morning humour.

Everyday seems to get a little easier and I am left wondering if I can contine on eating healthy and staying active if I will look smaller then the number on the scale? I guess time will tell.
