Don't know if I should consider yesterday a fail as I fell to the salt lure of popcorn. Like I told a friend this morning I sure feel it this morning. However that was yesterday and today is a new day.
My goal for this weekend is to stay within my calories and work on finding some new exercises to do in the morning.
That's it for me.
