When I walked into the gym I had 37.6 body fat and 41 percent bmi. With Bruce's help and advice and a lot of work I'm at 33.9 body fat and 37.4 bmi now. In two month's I've reduced 4 percents off my bmi and 3.7 percent body fat for a total of 41 pounds. I have 38 to go before I hit my new maintain weight but I'm encouraged and hope to see a new low.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
