Well I celebrated getting to 75 kilos with rum and raisin chocolate champagne chinese food Turkish bread sandwichs - anything I liked in these last two weeks... even junk food. Soo good those filet of fish though. what a fool I really have no excuse... why why why. And I feel soo very unhealthy.
Back on to the path to health and happiness this week.
