Staying the course despite no real loss on the scale. If the mirror is any indication, I should have a significant loss for next weeks weigh in. Missed my class at the gym, due to a minor family emergency, but will get there tonight. She's going to kill us with lower body! Can't wait. Tomrrow a.m. cardio!
