YAY!! Brain fogginess seems to be gone, no dizziness so far today. I rather feel like my normal self. I did not like the past few days.

Have to go see if they can fix my bent glasses after work so gym time isn't going to fit with my other commitments after that. Too much running different directions. Planning on back to the gym on Wed. that will feel good.

Glad to read you're feeling better. I think we're sharing parallel universes - I too have felt like I'm running too much as well. Well, I don't run. Just going ... here's to a better week with clarity and purpose.

Giggles, I don't run either, drive my jeep. Here is too a better week. So far better, at least my brain isn't so fuzzy. Root for our Royal's to win the series. Wed. will have to take an alternate route from work to the gym to avoid some of the traffic. My normal route goes right past the Royal's stadium.

Glad your feeling better! Your glasses are still bent? That world make me dizzy for sure! I've been hearing a lot about the royals on the radio even though I'm closer to at least 3 other teams. Plus isn't there an opposing team? Haven't heard a word who it is.

So glad you're doing better! That was a nasty fall!! If your glasses have progressive lenses or bifocals and are out of alignment that can really add to your dizziness. Getting them fixed will help you not only look good...but see good too! :o}

So right on the glasses. Mine are progressive lenses. I have a couple of old pair that work but my distance is better and doc has readjusted the mid range since I work on a computer all day, they aren't way off. So thankful they could undo the damage today and I have my current script back. Was praying I didn't have to buy new frames.
