I don't know if I blew my calorie ceiling or not. Subway's website shows the 6 inch blackforest ham at 290 calories, yet Fatsecret shows a 12 inch is 690 calories. Wouldn't a footlong just be double the calories of the 6in??? That's how I calculated it when I ordered it. Didn't even order cheese. Here I thought I was only taking in 580 calories. GRRRR. I'm 20 over if Fatsecret is accurate. Guess I will just cycle longer tonight.
****Otherwise, I'm on track and just as OCD as ever.
