Six hours of solid sleep with dreams. Morning plank. Eight minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing out of bed to burn off glycogen. Today was an up day (eat whatever I want) and strength training day (carried over from yesterday, when I got distracted by the MELT Method). Eight minutes of stretching on the mat. Thirty minutes of the whole body conditioning dumbell program with Fat Gripz and five pound handles, three sets of 10 reps each. Cardio: fifty minutes of the Air Walk Trainer while watching a Supernatural episode I hadn't seen before and "Galaxy Quest," 632 steps.
Relaxation: ten minutes using the Miracle Ball Method on my shoulder blades, 24 minutes of whole body guided meditation, 35 minute nap. I made a tuna and early green peas salad. The peas were canned and I rinsed them to get rid of the salt and sugar. I used Smart Balance Omega mayonnaise because it's low fat, but didn't realize it was loaded with sodium, which pushed me all way up to 2,000 mg. I'm either going to find a substitute for the Smart Balance mayonnaise or use less of it.

HEY THERE - I also am a HUGE fan of The Melt Method and Sue Hitzman. I have her book and the soft roller. It has made most of all my aches and pains disappear and makes HIIT exercise possible.

Chris, can't find it, what was that roller you bought? I found some rollers at this freight salvage store, yesterday, couldn't remember the name you said.

wholefoodnut, the roller I bought was a Black High Density Foam Roller - Extra Firm - 6" x 36" Round. There are a lot of generic foam rollers for sale on Amazon. The brands I mentioned were the Grid 2.0 by TriggerPoint and the Rumble Roller.

Forgot to mention I paid $20.

The one I saw was a rumble roller for $14 and change. Is it helping?

Thanks you reminded me of the name.

That's half what Amazon charges for the smallest size.

Could be wrong on the brand. I went and looked at images, can't find it. It looked smooth but I didn't touch it, will have to stop in there tomorrow again and look again.

The Rumble Roller has knobs/ridges, kinda like a mountain bike tire. They're pretty distinct.

I probably am thinking the wrong brand, stopping in after my workout tomorrow.
