Have finally gotten the gumption to actually start working on my weight. went for a walk on lunch today, and felt a lot better after I got done. Maybe losing weight will help with back issues and confidence. Will need to maintain effort to exercise when at home as well. Toning exercises and walking are the best during these hot summer days. hoping to lose the 14 lbs with in the next month and a half. keeping fingers crossed and looking forward to being happy with myself again. Your loved ones will always tell you what they think you want to hear, and knowing this I credit myself for taking the needed steps to become healthier.
