Insane day at work, beautiful day outside, good day after work. Weed-eated the back yard, fixed my lawnmower, mowed the front and back yards. Sure looks better! Hated that my mower wouldn't work and the grass and weeds were growing like crazy with all this rain. Tired, finishing my desert of fresh strawberries and off to the shower.

Only ate 1/2 my lunch, finished most of it with a quick steak on the grill for a late dinner. Green beans from the garden for dinner tomorrow.

Color me happy for you and slightly envious. Frenvious? Is that the new word? The chiggars are killing me this summer... and making my generally enjoyable yard time miserable. Going to treat the yard tomorrow with something - hope it works.

My neighbor is treating hers this week. May have to do the same, more bites from yesterday. Usually my yard is pretty good, not this year. Like your new word. I still have to get out there with the pruners as there are little trees trying to grow along the fences and the ever always weeds to pull.

My garden and yard are my sanity therapy during the summer, unless it gets so I have trouble breathing outdoors. I deal with crazy people all day, and sit at a desk. Moving, doing things that have a purpose makes me feel good. I do quit now and then and have a crash and burn day :))
