Always wondering about Chia Seeds, I recently got a free sample! I mixed a Tablespoon with a cup of cold sugar free drink mix (like Kool-Aid) and let it sit for 15 minutes to "gel." Drank it and it was yummy. Felt very healthy and I think if I have the money I would buy this in the future. :)

Love chia seeds - I mix them in oatmeal, put them in jello, stir them into cottage cheese or yogurt and sometimes just pour them in bottled water and watch them float and sink.

I had tried those before, but they tasted too strange to me, probably because I didn't mix them with any liquid or food. I'll definitely try that next time! :)

Thank you for the tips, Bella! They remind me of poppy seeds or sesame seeds, but more tiny. Try that, Euheide. You will like them mixed with something.

They are very high in fiber and other health benefits; you can get them ground too. I have some that are mixed with flax and coconut too ~ all good things that taste good and offers a little variety.

I've tried the pre-mixed chia pod and it tasted awful but I might try the self made version and see if it's better that way!
