I took my daughter out to dinner tonight. I planned on having another salad, but so tired of salad. Then a thought came to me...I can have fish, if I can get it broiled! I counted what I ate--LOL, so I could come closest to what my calories are (I usually use what's on this website). I thought it was a lot worse until I put it in. I was pretty sure the green beans were canned. I can tell fresh from canned.

My daughter and I went clothes shopping and I must admit, I was a little disappointed. I just don't look good yet. I'm losing in my top area. It will take a while before I start to lose in my belly and bottom area. I can't wait--LOL. Still staying positive! It's going to take until June or July, I'm pretty sure.

I always find it encouraging to go shopping. Maybe we aren't into our "dream size" yet but at least we can get some better fitting transition clothing. This should lift your spirits.

Fish is a great choice! I want to work more fish into my diet. No worries on the dress sizes it will happen. Your doing great, keep it up.

Sadly, my weight loss began at the top too then worked it's way down. Give it time. If not exercising, give it a try. Especially strength training.

You're doing great and being aware is just part of the work. I too lose weight from the top down, still waiting to see incredible things happen but so far I'm still not loving the image in the mirror but I'm hoping that will change. Keep up the good work!

Yes, great food choices & great attitude on the clothes shopping... For now. As you said, your body will even out where it loses the weight with time, so hang in there! Xoxox

I am definitely eating more fish lately. I recently purchased Mahi Mahi burgers. They are amazing. I also have some salmon burgers in the freezer but haven't tried them yet. If you like Fish tacos they are very easy to make. Just broil the fish (tilapia is my favorite) and add tomato, lettuce, onion and a drop of hot sauce on a low carb, low calorie wrap and you are good to go. Shopping is really hard right now especially when they are already having sales on bathing suits. It isn't even spring yet. You are doing a great job with eating right and exercising. I look forward to reading your journal as it gives me continued motivation to keep up with things. Keep up the good work!!!
