My intake has not been as good as i can make it the past two days but it's been a weird few days cause my bro had heart surgery so i wasn't in the mood to cook. He's doing well, though. Tomorrow is definitely a liquids only day and i'm actually really looking forward to it. Fortunately i've been really good about going for a walk everyday, sometimes also doing a lot of cleaning or some yoga so I guess I can't be too unhappy with myself. It's been pretty hot here lately so i really sweat when i walk. <3 that feeling. Just need to keep eating lots of veggies and fruit and try to keep my fat and carbs intake down. :)
