Back in action. Trying to try... lol. Made a sort of pact with some co-workers to loose 25lbs by 29 Jan. That day happens to be day ONE of my vacation in florida!

Long time no see ;)
So one of my close friends will not talk to me because of his girlfriend and another, even closer, moved away. I guess i have more time to focus on me. Here's my plan:
-eat fresh: prepared by me. minimally processed
-avoid carbs: grains mostly
-stop eating sweets: don't make or buy any dammit (made it clear that I will not be happy if they turn up in the house. lol)
-drink a lot less alcohol: i'm never going to stop, i'll admit that. I just need to limit my intake
-exercise DAILY
that's it really. it's not that i want to be happy. i don't think that's possible because i'm very pessimistic. lol. But i would like to be healthy so I can keep having fun and making new friends for a while.

Today ended up being my liquids day but it's ok because i not only got an extra hour at work but i walked before AND after work. :D

My intake has not been as good as i can make it the past two days but it's been a weird few days cause my bro had heart surgery so i wasn't in the mood to cook. He's doing well, though. Tomorrow is definitely a liquids only day and i'm actually really looking forward to it. Fortunately i've been really good about going for a walk everyday, sometimes also doing a lot of cleaning or some yoga so I guess I can't be too unhappy with myself. It's been pretty hot here lately so i really sweat when i walk. <3 that feeling. Just need to keep eating lots of veggies and fruit and try to keep my fat and carbs intake down. :)
