Been off my laptop for a while, but been recording weight since I got back from my holiday on 15 Jan - so this is an average, but seems my non-running day weight is 86!!!
Needless to say some holiday kg's were picked up and eating habits haven;t been great since (a massive untouched Christmas cake which had been brandy preped has mysteriously been reduced to crumbs).......
Fat: 27.5 -> 27.8 Water: 49.3 -> 49 Muscle: 31.9 -> 31.7

Lost so far: 25.6 lb.
Still to go: 11.9 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
