Thought the challenge i joined started today so i did some shopping and have pretty much started it a little early. woot. Bought some veggies and fruit, like snow peas and bananas. Plan on buying more veggies like broccoli, more snow peas, lettuce, and cucumber. Is cucumber a veg or fruit? lol. I've got almond milk and Udi's gluten free bread, too. YUM. Next thing i need to buy is a scale. Today my carb intake is under 30g so far which is amazing compared to the amount i usually consume in a day.. 150 to 200+ grams a day! Hopefully I can keep it even lower tomorrow. :D

Also bought some Yes To Carrots conditioner. Can't wait to try it later. It's fast becoming one of my favorite hair and skin care companies, along with Giovanni Cosmetics.
