I actually started my diet, not really diet, but healthier eating last week. I haven't weighed,so the weight I listed is last weeks weight. I really don't like to weigh but once a month and more times than not, I will just lay out a pair of jeans and try them on every week or so. When I can fit into the jeans, I will then weigh. I am scheduled for double knee replacement on April 9, so my mobility is very slim. I can't exercise because of my knees. This is what has helped me gain some weight. I am hoping with some good info from others here and maybe some support I can at least loose some weight before my surgery. I know for sure any I loose will help with the stress on my knees.
