Went to help out at relative's Kenduri for 4 days, my diet and exercise really flew out of the window. The problem with older relatives seems to be whatever I ate are never enough. In conclusion lots of red meat, rice, kerepek, kuih, coffee and teh tarik involves. Looking back at the amount of sugar and oil that I ate its must be HUGE. Will seriously start my diet tomorrow. No more oily food and sugary stuff. Must exercise daily. I can do it!!!
