Feeling pretty good about the week so far. Have kept food intake reasonable and appropriate. At work I have my hourly log so I know how I did for the day. Forgot an apple today and I am sad about that because I would have liked to have that for lunch w/my shake. Trying to up my water for the day; it is so hard not because I don't like to drink water (I always feel great fully hydrated) but because I am always in the bathroom and when you only work with one other person, your absense is fully felt if you are in the washroom all day. Plus we have no water cooler so I keep trying to remember to bring water from home or bring bottled water. I want to get a britta filter thing for our mini fridge here...that way I can save water, and the environment, and keep my water intake up. I set up my mini goals and rewards and i think the visualization will help. I want to keep remembering how great it was when people would say how i lost weight & that i looked good. I want to keep this up for next year's 10 year reunion (if i go). anyway...time for my snack! Visualize!!! Slow & steady!
