starting a challenge to not miss a single day at the gym. Even my beloved saturdays. Goal is to have 750 less calories a day for weight loss. (goal now is 400 less in food and at least 350 in exercise). Need to get back to thinking of a lifestyle and not a simple diet. I did it before & I can do it again. Mini goal: 15lbs down by end of august for new choir season. mid term goal, back to low weight of 185 by Christmas time and 145 to maintain by ... eh, whenever! 185 could also be by birthday in in Feb.
