spent the entire day making my own meatless burritos. 36 of them. Bean and cheese. Fake chicken and cheese. Rice and bean and cheese. Even did 4 each packages of grilled eggplant, grilled peppers, and grilled butternut squash. I am set for winter meals

Wow! Impressive! I have never tried fake meat and I am trying to go meatless. I have eaten meat twice withing the past two weeks. How does it taste?

There are many calories I am guessing. I used 2 packages of fat free Spanish rice (5 cups of water to boil that). 1 can Vegetarian refried beans. 2 cans black beans. 1 package of Quorn brand fake chicken strips. 1 package of daiya shredded mozzarella style fake cheese. 1 can enchilada sauce. 1 can diced tomatoes and chili's. 1 can green chili's. 1 package Chao brand cheese slices. 1 poblano pepper, 2 bell peppers, 1 yellow onion. 2 packages of 16 burrito soft shells. 1 package of soft taco shells. An array of spices and fresh garlic. No pre packaged seasonings so I can control the sodium.

oh... and 2 packages of tofu that I made breakfast burritos out of tofu scramble. That included peppers, onions, tomatoes, turmeric, paprika, and black salt.

Set for winter? Our winter here (first freeze until first day 60+) is like 4 months. Do you eat one every 4th day? 😳😁👍

We are getting ready for Hatch Green chile season. Last year canned about 80 pounds before roasting. Just my neighbor and me.... Understand how getting prepared for winter makes us think...
