Going2DoIt!!'s Journal, 23 May 2018

I started FS about a month ago. I am very encouraged by all the support you give one another! It’s great to see complete strangers help one another to become happier and more importantly healthier people. I was always fit growing up. I had no clue that I had an awesome shape( because I wasn’t the size small). But I now look back and would kill to even come close to it. I have given birth to 5 completely amazing children. I have poured literally all off me into raising them. Unfortunately when I look at myself I don’t even recognize my reflection. I just want to get back to a healthier weight and know that I deserve to be happy and healthy again. This journey will be long... as I weighed a little less than 330 lbs. I’m almost to my first bench mark of making it under the 300 lb mark. In no way is it easy. I have asking my body and mind to accomplish something it hasn’t in over 20 years. Please given me strength to achieve my goal. I will try my best to encourage you all as well. Look forward to our journey.... looks like we all took the first step..... we’re all here!❤️❤️❤️

Don't worry. Just gather your weight loss plan, shop, prep. And start. It sounds easy, I know it isn't. But that all there is to it. I am losing weight slowly, but I am dieting and I began walking today after 3bweeks of basically being in bed. I wasnalmost 300,now I am getting closer to 250,then is down to 200. I want to get there because of health. Remember 300,350 is just a step. 300 to 250 is hard work. But possible. 😘

Just take one day at a time. Changing your eating habits takes time. You can do it!

I don't know what your menu plan is but most diets work if you stick with them, but not all are healthy! I hope your journey is a successful one! Nan

Slow and steady. I weighed around 330 on 1/1/2015. 3 plus years later I’m down to 244 and still working. Good luck with your journey.

I love this community too! My heaviest was 266 and its fluxuated between 220 and 255 for the past year or two. I finally decided to start dieting in March at 255, then started fat secret on 4/9/ 18. This community keeps me going. All my meal pictures keep me accountable and the people here remind me we are all just human and to not give up after falling back.

I have 50 to lose. It is a stubborn 50! We can and will do this! I find giving up sugar helps the most because it is addicting like heroine. It is almost impossible to sneak or try to eat even a little and not crave more. It really helps!
