Finally back to where I was *last* Friday (almost; just .2 lbs off). So, lesson learned... don't go crazy on the weekend.

So, for this weekend, that's the plan. I may have a bit of a treat, but I'm not going to waste 2-week's worth of work on one weekend. I mean that's really what I did last weekend: worked my butt off the week before to lose weight, and worked my butt off again to get back to where I was. All for what? 2 or 3 days of fun?

Yeh, I knew at the time last weekend I was overdoing it. But the sting of the realization of just how much work it took to undo it makes me realize I won't be doing that again. Like I said, lesson learned.

Ahh, the hard truth. For as far as I've come, and all I've learned, I'm still an addict. Have to keep that at the back of my thoughts always.
