I'm eating very low calorie plus fats included but carbs minimalized. The Hcg1234 drops keep the hunger and cravings at bay. I'm planning to go Monday to mPort for 3d body scan which will show inches. I have a memership for mPort so plan to do weekly checks throughout my journey. Also had blood work on Friday and will see doctor Tuesday.
